HOW IS YOUR PROGRAM DIFFERENT FROM OTHER GRANT WRITING CLASSES? Actually, this program is not a grant writing class. HOW DO I ACCESS THE TRAINING MATERIAL? Once you enroll, you’ll get an email with confirmation of your log in details. You’ll access all the recorded LIVE videos and resources from that private membership site. All Q & A sessions happen live inside the Facebook group.

DO I HAVE TO ATTEND THE TRAINING LIVE? We understand that your schedules may be busy or full depending on when you enroll in this program. This is why we make all the trainings available for download so that you and your team can go through the information as needed. However, you do need to watch all the trainings in order. The program has a progression, and one strategy builds on top of another. Ideally, once you complete all twelve training lessons you will have a comprehensive action plan on building fundable and sustainable community programs for your church or ministry.

WHAT IF THERE ARE CHURCHES OR NONPROFITS PROVIDING SERVICES THAT WE DO OR WANT TO DO? That’s Good! That means there's a need.

Where there's one need, there are several, and most organizations DON’T solve all the problems in your area. (Remember what we said earlier about most services being ineffective). That’s because they are not complete.

Your job is to discover how to fill the gaps where others have let them down, left them hanging or couldn’t meet the need, and create a new program with a specific solution in mind that rescues them from their issues and actually helps them achieve the change and results they've been looking for.

WHAT IF WE DON'T HAVE A 501(c)3 YET? We’re going to be honest here and tell you that your chances of getting a program funded without tax exempt status is a lot slimmer than if you had one. With that said, if you already have nonprofit status at the state level and just either need to apply for or have already applied for and are waiting on your documents to be returned from the IRS, then this implementation can help you with your Program Plan so you can hit the ground running.

In BYV you'll learn how to make sure your nonprofit foundation is solid and grant ready with a lot of the tools and templates we offer inside the program. This cuts down the amount of time it takes you to get up and running more quickly.

HOW MANY HOURS WILL I NEED TO INVEST EVERY WEEK? Build Your Vision Group Coaching is taught LIVE but the recordings and Q & A Session are available for you to see at your leisure. However, at a minimum, you should plan to invest 2-3 hours per week into building your community program. A small time investment considering you're building a solution for your community and an asset for your organization that could be connection you need to create jobs in your ministry, expand your ministry budget and perhaps receive several thousands of dollars in funding. You want to make sure you work with your church ministry team and follow the processes/homework with them while implementing the tactics and strategies that you learn to get your program up and running.

IS MY CHURCH OR NONPROFIT TOO SMALL FOR THIS PROGRAM? This course is designed for churches of any size, but it's ideal for churches that are currently able to invest in the community program building process, as there will be additional tools, systems and material needed outside of this coaching program to successfully build and launch your program. So if your church is currently experiencing an economic hardship, then a better resource to begin with would be The Fundable Church resource center, and join the waitlist for The Fundable Church Academy opening early 2019. This way you can work on promoting a campaign within the ministry to raise or make available additional resources needed to secure the other mechanics of successful program operations. IS THIS RESOURCE DESIGNED FOR MY ENTIRE TEAM? Yes. The LIVE training will require login access for one person, however, be recordings are downloadable videos and will work for group showings and the PDF workbooks are printable and shareable with your team. CAN I SHARE THESE RESOURCES WITH OTHERS IN MY CHURCH OR NONPROFIT STAFF/BOARD? Absolutely.
